Was an interesting read that held my attention. I would have liked more solid strategies on how to fix this.
I want the full book, not just a chapter.
I was looking for a book that discussed the layers of our emotions, and does it very well. It explains the need to look behind the apparent to the less obvious components that underlie those emotions, thus enabling one to deal with things at a more primary level.
